Description
I love capturing wildlife in action. This cheeky great blue heron arrived for lunch at around noon every day at the shark tank of the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. It took a few days to capture this shot of the heron stealing a bright yellow fish. I love how the fish seems to be looking at you while struggling to free itself. In the end… the heron wins.

Thank-you Mary! I took about 10 shots of this heron helping itself to this beautiful fish. I liked this shot the best. I consider myself lucky to be there with a camera at the time. I have also done a painting of this shot which I haven't uploaded yet. :)

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The colors are gorgeous, the composition stunning - as if planned out by the artist (you? the Divine? God?).
